Building beer Pong Table with lights inside. What kind of lights could I safely use?
I am trying to get one purple and one yellow light (school colors). However I am worried that it will get too hot inside of the table. What kind of lights could I safely use? The lights will sit on a sheet of plywood and the playing surface will be plexiglass. The amount of space between the wood and plexiglass is 5 inches.
Led lights would be the coolest. You could use compact florescent lights. Just use theater type jell to get the color you want. Any light would work if you mount them in well ventilated can’s facing up through holes in the plywood.
